Timing, Linda! Right here after retiring a pair of 15 year old boots today.
The sole separated & leaked. Trash at last! Dad was good this morning so I took the girls to the woods. They are slow ... Veggie soup sounds so nice! My neighbor just gave us a plate of Apple Crisp. The other neighbor may come over to retrieve lots of fabric & batting I've been storing forever. She is a quilter so I hope she can use it. Otherwise ~ it's out of here!
Peach? How are you feeling after a night of 3 pee?
West Coast lady here ... listening to a wonderful Oldies station Remember the days when you could understand the lyrics? Even had harmony? BeachBoys the Association was my dream band. Cherish was the Word ~ Terry Kirkman. A man of song.
Oh . Oh .. Playing a Mamas & Papas song ~ when stereo had separation.from both speakers.
The DJ is great on this staion. Wish I could share it with y'all. Anyone who had fun & happiness in the 60', 70's & maybe 80's.
Good morning, going to church soon.Bobbie, coperate woman planted soy beans and corn.Everyone says if I take her to court to make her pay,I'LL be out of more money than she owes.My doctor says coperate types are ruthless and thats how they make money by taking advantage of the small person. I guess our whole nation is being taken over by the coperate types, even in the most rural of spots.I guess contracts are only good for the rich.I was stunned when I reported the scam to the agriculture office and they ignored it-I guess Federal Frued is o.k. for some not for others. Lord knows I didn't invent corruption, was around before I was born. Our power here in the United States origanated from the ground up-now its from the corporations on down. OCTOBER THE 2 was the day Jeff went to Vanderbilt and got his bladder rebuilt and at the same time they decided to take his prostate[nothing was wrong with it] October the 2 was the end of my life as I knew it,it was the day the music died.
If the squatter planted on your land it's yours. Take the harvest, block the harvest or kill the plants close to harvest.
Here's a few ideas: 2 words for ya. Round Up. (Monsanto)
Call Monsanto and tell them that she is violating their genetic patents by using second generation Monsanto seeds.
(Watch the documentary: the Future of Food)
Also Google Monsanto and learn how insane they are when they think that a farmer has used their 'genetic patents' on land, whether it's true or not, they will descend on the land and sample everything. They have a bunch of lawyers that will make hers look like pikers. Might as well use the corporate jackasses to your own benefit.
Or, plow it all under. It's your land. You can pave over it if you want.
Call others with the right equipment and tell them that they can have the crop yield if they can get it in time.
Try to get out of looking at it so closely and look at it globally. That means screw the gossip and crap and act like an executive making executive decisions.
I bet you have farmers in that church that would love a big crop of soybeans and corn. Probably would be happy to split the profits with you. They harvest and you both go to market.
bottom line? She doesn't get the harvest. Block it, destroy it, pee on it. whatever you need to do. She does not get the harvest. It's yours.
Bobbie, I thought all you said would be true also. The first lawyer said we were holding crops hostage, put lock on gate. I did that, thats when she got lawyer and my lawyer called me up yelling asking why I LOCKED her out. I REMINDED him I followed his advice, which he never took responsibility for.Thats when I went to lawyer no. 2-He said I ALSO have to let her get her crops.Beleive me round-up was the first thing in my mind, now I'M hoping the animals are going to feast out.According to the lawyer she is a sub-leaser of the guy who previously had the farming rights. My contract states no sub-leaser with out written consent.I kicked him off,but they say I can't kick her out.I'll goggle when we get home.
sorry I have no magic sword but it all is wrong as we all know and I think at this point I would become very subversive and go rogue. Not for everybody.
Any luck getting an agriculture attorney pro bono? Isn't there some kind of farmers co-op or are they already corrupted.....?
I have absolutely no farming background as you well know but I am incensed about how you both are being treated.
Got anybody that can run a herd of soy and corn loving beasts in there? Start Friday night and let them feast through the weekend and then let the owners tear it up when they go in to Round Up the animals. Ooops.
Good morning all, Well i have been up for about 3 days straight now, one thing after another.. UTI, now an eye infection i am at the ER now with dad. i am sooooooooooooooo tired........... just wantd to say7 hi to everyone and hope all is well and wish everyone a great day....
hi angi . how is it going now ? i sure hate ER , ya might just swell take a nappy pooie in there . i can easiely fall sleep in there if it wasnt to darn cold in there . hospitals freezes me . they end up givin me blanket after seein my teeth chattering . eye infection , mmm my dad is havin some thing like colds in the eyes , id wipe all that slimey crap outta there . ewwwwww.. but it helps to clean it all out . hope ER doc prescribe him something good for his eyes . xxoxo
Interesting question about the agriculture people going corrupt too. Those farm payments they shell out are suppose to be for a certain income brackett-my dad referred to it as farmers welfare[he never wanted any part of it] million dollar woman is getting her farmers welfare by fraudantly stateing some one is farming it thats not. I brought this to the attention of the agriculture office and they could care least. Most of these services that the tax payer pays for thinking its helpin the needy is only helping scam artists.
tenn , i dont know much about farming , but i do know my neighbor lets nieghbor farm on his land . they made a deal that they ll farm on thier land and pay taxes on it as a payment as long as they farm on it . sounds like to me that woman owes u money to farm on ur land , if she doesnt pay up t hen u shall have the rights to lock it up . cuz she didnt pay ! taxes and ins and farmin is not free !! it cost money to have land ! if she wants to harvest it then she shall pay up first . xoxo
Have you contacted the Aging Expert attorney, K. Gabriel Heiser, whose ad pops up on the site? He is top of the list under the Expert's tab. From Anioch, Tennessee.
What a sorry situation you have going. We're all here for you, girlfriend ~
Remember, The story about the bomb factory next to elem. school.Had a mishap the other week.Three were burned bad,are in ICU. News people were everywhere,no one seemed to notice the elem. school ,stone throwing distance.Government contract, big hush hush going on. People are to imtimadated to talk to the news people, they act like they don't notice the explosions. These kind of things only happen in poor communities. The people that own the plant are from Britain. Most of the people that work there don't live any where close.
Thanks for the support, but again its not a matter of cut and dry-right and wrong. The justice system is a criminal system-made for and run by criminals for criminals.Lawyers suck up to judges to win cases and lawyers love to settle. They don't fight for the weak and innocent its all about the money.Yes,they owe me 6,500. dollars,THE lawyers know it,the agriculture people know it,can I get my money without dragging it through court---no. The laws are on the side of the criminal.Criminals make lawyers rich.Good people with morals make lawyers poor.If you were a lawyer who would you want as a client.
deef, that is so sad about losing your father so young and just like that no warning. At least you were close by and he wasn't alone and your mom was with him. I am sorry you lost someone you loved much much too early.
Hmm therapists who think they know you because they read a book...I hate that! I know they have general parameters and many experiences are shared by all, but no one is exactly the same as another and we all have different needs and issues. It is disrespectful to just assume you Know Something..I had a jerk therapist for ONE visit said back to me my situation Wrong and in a voice that said a another one of these...that and he told me I was unattractive in the first 10 minutes of the "session" Thanks but no Thanks....
Left the house for a few to go cruisin around, woman and baby flagged me down, ask me to help them find a place to live to hide from her abusive ex-husband who she just put restraining order. She obviously doesn't know I've been under attack and am not able to help people as before.
Egads Tenny! Where do you live? I imagine you on a lonely country road amid farmland.
It's horrible not being able to help, but I hear you. Domestic Violence was one of the things I had to deal with in the PD. It was heartbreaking placing women & children in shelters. Not all were poor. DV common in every lifestyle.
Rip. I imagine you do have some stories-this place is just not woman friendly and there are few resources and do gooders that volunteer are practically none existant. Its far from Mayberry. The have nots out number the haves. The do nothings out number the will do's. Lack of education and jealousy rule-entitlement is the name of the game. When someone actually needs the help they seem to be discriminated against because they do not know how to work the system.I guess they come to me because they either think I'm a sucker or I'll atleast I'll listen. I wish I did have a magic wand, I'd be waving it all over the place and whopping a few on top of the head.WHOPP-WHOPP.
yeow! SInce Bobbie is a Captain now ~ maybe we should all renovate an old ferry or cruise ship. Moor it off shore, shelter the frightened & helpless. The AH's will have to swim for their battered women. We can keep cruising away from the floating debris.
tenn , it is dangerouse to help people off the street anymore now . that woman and a baby could be a fraud , rob u blind . but then again it could be the lord sending u out curising and so u can meet this woman and the baby , damn if u do damn if u dont . wonder what did u do ? i would have called the police and say umm this woman is tryin to hide ! oh i feel for women whos been abused by thier abusive husbands ! . makin me wondering is she and the baby sleeping under the bush somewhere , oh this is one sick world . ill be thinking of her and the baby now . tenn sounds like to me u need to get back on bobbies boat ! get away from all that madness in Tennessee. xoxo
Domestic Violence cuts across all lines colour, religion, income, location the only thing in common is the abuse itself, that is is a learned and generational behavior and insidious to root out. Having an education and money is probably the best leg up anyone in an abuse situation can have or acquire. Then it is still uphill. Society may no longer turn a "blind eye" to Domestic Violence, but there is still the old blame and guilt and lack of resources as well as the sense of entitlement abusers fell that keeps this an on going problem for humanity world over.
Tennessee, reading your stories I think that we should learn how to be a little bit more evil... Bobbie gave you a lot of very good advice. Follow one of them! Sometimes, you have to make a war. About the lady and the child, I think you should contact social services, too. These situations are not easy to handle. The woman's husband could get angry at you. You do not need another mess in your life.
It really stinks that there are few shelters. I used to take my victims to the YWCA downtown, then we'd sneek them out to home shelters.
There'd always be a lady who'd break & tell the abuser the location. Then there'd be a watch on the shelter home, but there aren't enough officers to sit on it. Just have an alert to the address.
With this economy so many guys who have been laid off, aren't working, take their frustrations & anger out on the family.
No answers to the problem anywhere. I hope everyone here is safe. I wish everyone everywhere felt SAFE!
Thinkabouthe boat!
Maybe they should house violent prisoners on old military boats, far from shore. Too simple?
Linda-your right there are alot of nuts out there, she had herself another dude with her so I'm sure she'll be o.k. I'm just not qualified to be human services. My dad helped alot of people in his life and I was trying to fill his shoes, but my brothers and the lawyers took my helping ability away. Now I'm trying to crawl out of that black hole ya'll are trying to keep from falling in.Kinda like a non-swimmer trying to rescue a drowning person at this point, but as the preacher said today-have faith-that I still have. In poor rural areas, cops can make more at walmart and have better benifits. We don't get the cream of the crop around here.I notice your new picture, tried to see it with magnifying glass.lol:)
oh i know my picture looks so far away , i tried to bring them closer but just dont know how to make it stay that way waaaa. ah well maybe i ll find a diffrent one , i wonder why alot of u guys dont have any picture of urself . am dying to know what u guys look like . maybe the next picture i;ll be a monkey , wink rossella is right u have enuff pblms and dont need to drag somebody eles pblms in ur life . depres housewife and brother n sister be on here in a bit , love those shows ! xoxo
Italy-one of the problems is the rich woman has a very mean guy on her payroll. Most men around here are scared of him,so standing up to them at all is more than most anyone elese would do.Thats why I can't get any support, everyone is scared of dude.He will strike-its a matter of how. He's a drunk and a bully. He's underhanded and spiteful. He's a walkin time bomb waiting to explode.Thats why I can't approach this situation head on.Her money and his meaness is a bad combination,I figure there is more than one way to skin a cat.

I've been thinking ...
anyone who knows me, hears me say that , says "oh -oh..."
oh well ...
We are creative. Most stuck at home. So many unused talents that need inspiration ... which we find here on Grossed & other venues.
The theme is:
CareGiver Creations ~
start thinking...
There is too much wasted talent on this thread. We need to spread the market.
How?
Eric Burden's song "We Gotta Get Outta this Place" ... "Girl, there's a better life for me & you..."
just came up on the radio. Appropriate.
Now the song "Feeling All Right" is on.
Hmmmm ...?
