Just comes and goes, maybe wait a bit and things will go back up for us all...I hope everyone is well and getting sun shine where ever they are. I saw some today was a nice change...Take Care...
This year we will experience 4 unusual dates.... 1/1/11, 1/11/11, 11/1/11, 11/11/11. Now take the last 2 digits of the year you were born, plus the age you will be this year and add them together. It will equal 111.
Apple announced today that it has developed a breast implant that can store and play music. The i-Tit will cost from $499 to $699, depending on cup and speaker size..
This is considered a major social breakthrough because women are always complaining about men staring at their breasts and not listening to them.
To save the economy, in December, 2011, the Obama government will start deporting old people (instead of illegals) in order to Lower Social Security and Medicare costs. I started crying when I thought of you.
RUN, YOU OLD BUZZARD, RUN!!
Well.... Someone sent it to me And I'm not going alone!
Thanks, Miz. Thanks, Cuz. I did the 111 thing for me and my nephews and I found out it's true, so I believe you, and I am not going to try with other people. Well, maybe a couple. Well, if a baby was born in 2000 now he is 11, so in this case it does not work! Unless you don't take the last two zeros of 2000 and you consider it as 100.
Good Morning Caregivers! Who's going to get #9400??
I am still lying low, basically because I am taking advantage of the weather to do brightwork on the boat. A little rainy now but clear later.
Linda, please tell Secret Sister hello and that I am sorry for the passing of her Father In Law. Linda, I love you and respect you and don't want you to fall into that hole, just like everybody else here! Avoid the Hole! Thinkoftheboatthinkoftheboatthinkoftheboat.
that's all I got kids. I'm not stressed because Miz and Peach are coming. I'm stressed because after that it is time for me to close the rest of mom's estate out and it will be a bear, kind of like cleaning out that building last June that almost killed me.
I'm not going to have any advice except avoid the black hole, tell your idiot siblings to go to hell, don't take any crap from the mouths of the demented and treat yourselves as well as possible while you deal with what should never be foisted on another human being who didn't sign up for it.
I'm going back out to work on the boat. That is what is keeping me sane while I get my stuff together to go back to Hell and finish it all up once and for all.
good morning, good advice bobbie. Like a lot of us, I'm worried about financials. I interviewd a possible renter yesterday. She's 44, divorced, and has a motorcycle. Maybe she'll lively up the place. We'll see if she wants to rent here or not. In Sue's nursing home by the sea. Went out to dinner with Mom and 8 other ladies, and mom grossed out by the usual dropping food all over, and had a BM sometime during the meal. She was sitting a couple of chairs down from me and I didn't realize till we were walking out. So it was a group gross out, not just me. I really should take her to the lunch at the local senior center if I want to get her out, they are used to it all. Sunny and cold here. ssk
good morning ! yep staying away from the black hole , put on my back brakes and makin a skid mark . gonna have a messy winter storm a comin . my part is going tohave ice storm , north part s going to have snow storm . waaaaaa i wanna the snow ! have a good monday you all . ssk- sorry ur group of ladies were gross out . ah hell its good for them to get a wiff of something . maybe they ll respect ya more ugh ? going tobe a busy day today . takin pa to dr at two and at 3 . one to remove stiches out of his arm and other one wants tomake sure his chest is cleared . and his heart rates still beating too low :-( . think im going to give him 325 mg asparin instead of 81 mg . think that ll help his heart beat lit faster ? ok need to go fix bfast . bobbie- good to hear from you and horray the time is getting closer for u to have company . hope it ll be back on water ? and good luck in the estate . take care xoxox
SS here. Cold as anything here too! Had parentss over for dinner last night to celebrate Dad's 83rd birthday. Too cute. Still hating my siblings, not too much else new on my scene. Love to all. have a good day!!
Good Morning, Everyone. Five days and counting. :) Looks like we're going to be getting some of that weather. Freezing rain or sleet or whatever you call it. It's gonna get really cold here too. Had a good night last night. Watched the Kennedy Center Honors for Paul McCartney that a friend put on Facebook and it was awesome. I posted it on Facebook too. I watched it twice. Really amazing stuff. :) Tired this morning. K, everyone have a great day all things considering. Love yous!!
Hi Miz gald you hd a good night. linda, i liked the bird tricks that you put on facebook. I sent it to my sons and they liked it too. thanks. I haven't watched the paul Mcartny yet. ssk

Surfaces are covered in ice....this is supposed to pass and then late tonight and all day tomorrow we could get possibly up to 18" of the white crap. KC news said worst storm in 20 yrs for this region.

Hope everyone stay warm and dry and has a peaceful day..Hugz!
ssk . thanks . a friend of mine had it posted on her f/b , thought it s so cute and shared it with u all , tried to watch halmark lastnight betty white and whats her name . i never cared for whats her name so i didnt watch it . lol i love betty white tho . sorry didnt get to see her . i watched d/h . funny that guy was so depressed and he went to dr and got antianixty meds , hiw wife just didnt approved of it and told him to try the other dr so he did and came home all happy camper said dr prescribe him medical maryjane , she was blown away ! and threw mary jane in the trash and put some oranago spice in it . he said he got a buzz from it . lol im thinkin hey i need mary jane ! mmm think i ll do that instead of antidepression or anxity pills . what ya all think ????
Good Morning Everyone, I think I'm sorry I responded to Jam's post about people giving bad advice, and I think you all--those who replied--think I take this post more seriously than I do! HA! Sorry you misunderstood, and I will refrain from recommending people don't say anything if they don't know what they're talking about. I've had a very difficult weekend with my Mother getting her off certain med that made her very sick, couldn't walk or talk, even though we were able to get to the snow with our kids for an afternoon. Takes 3 hours to drive there and back, but didn't get even half the effect you all are struggling with every day. It wasn't even cold, and I think they "make snow" every night, too. What a joke. Anyway, just wanted to let you know my life is not all peaches and cream either, but I am going to quit making such an an effort to reach out to everyone. Have a nice day, if you can, with all the garbage you deal with. It's been fun.
Christina, I do not understand. Why are you upset? You said nothing wrong and it's just different people's opinions, a discussion of sorts. Recommending that people don't say anything if they don't know what they are talking about is a good thing. We know you have struggles and everyone's struggles are sometimes unique and sometimes the same. No one's are any less relevant. I hope you continue to post. I love reading your posts.
christina . hope ur mom gets better as time goes by . pa was like that for a while couldnt talk or walk too . those meds sure mess them up . hope and pray all goes well for u and ur shoulders and your mom too . im sendin the check to herbal remedies for that copper bracelet , with diamond on it ! looks so awesome ! only ten bucks . i no like ur new name waaaa . plz change it back to christina . its such a pretty name . xoxox
Okay everybody! CALM DOWN!!!!! Let's not start taking everything that is written personally! AGAIN!! Christina, I don't see your problem. Jam was not pointing a finger at you. As with the rest of us, our circumstances send us over the edge all the time, and we find ourselves venting on this thread. It is merely a coping mechanism, relief valve, what ever you want to call it. If it sometimes feel s like the "arrows" are aimed at you, just ignore and move on, because most likely you are feeling very down and vulnerable at the moment and are not seeing the true picture of the written words. You are a very important part of this thread, and we all hope you will keep on posting exactly how you feel! we all know how much it helps to have people who understand where the words are coming from. So, everybody CHILL!!!!, play nice, and have a great day!!!
i tried changing my name once but i found out you can run but you can't hide, because it changes all of your previous posts. I have come to realize that sometimes someone is just saying their thing and it "hits a nerve" in our situation, even though the person saying the thing is just talking about their own issues. I'm going out for a walk when the volunteer comes! Bye
Linda, my town has a sand/salt pile that they set aside for us to take when we need it. They used to have barrels stationed in every neighborhood years ago, so that we could fill our own buckets for the sidewalks. We have a town bylaw stating that we are responsible for the sidewalks in front of our property and have to have them cleaned and sanded within the first 24 hours after it snows. Due to the many houses now owned by absentee landlords, they just amended that and made the tenants responsible if the landlord doesn't do it. There is a $100 fine! The problem now is that there is no place left to put the dang stuff! Hoping they do snow removal on our street before the next storm hits tomorrow! Got to go pay the $800 tax bill and grab some milk, cat food, and birdseed before I can't get out. Looks like we'll be staying put until late Thursday or Friday!
SS, Have a good walk! Get it in before the weather hits. And you are right about changing your name, easy enough to figure it out. Glad for everyone who posts on here. It's good to have the many different opinions coming together. I for one , welcome them all. Many are helpful and many are not. But the company is the best ever and we all need each other to get through this!
