It is your sole responsibility to select the appropriate care for yourself or your loved one. We work with both you and the Participating Communities in your search. II. How We Are Paid. We do not charge you any fee – we are paid by the Participating Communities. Some Participating Communities pay us a percentage of the first month's standard rate for the rent and care services you select. We invoice these fees after the senior moves in.

He cried so much when I was away and when I am home he is hardly near me. Ssk, I find Mom's denture under her pillow, in her hand, and even resting on her chest! She takes them out while she is sleeping. I don't take her out to eat anymore. Too gross! I am the bad cop too, the evil sister, the careless daughter... It depends on the days. It's not pleasant. I guess I have to get used to it! I am trying to work with 4 cats on, under, in, around the computer. I wonder what will Bobbie's cat do; maybe she will give her opinion about the route to be followed!
Hi Everyone. Castoff, the date was very nice. Dinner at Ruby Tuesday's and then a movie. Was so nice to get out but I paid for it the next day. Didn't feel good at all. I think I feel even worse today. I'm thinking about calling in sick to work and having the nurse still come but it's the first day of a special promotion at work and I would feel very bad if I was not there. We will probably be very busy. I sure just feel like going back to bed. I got a good night's sleep so it's not that. Maybe I'll go in and see how I feel. Maybe I can suffer through it.

I just refilled my script for zoloft (generic steraline) this last week and had a TERRIBLE reaction to it! My face swelled & got a nasty rash. I stopped taking them & called the pharmacy to give them a "heads up" for a possible bad batch. They were in total denial & said if there was no recall they weren't going to do anything. Well excuse me for trying to be helpful!!!! I have been taking that med for years off & on but never had that reaction before. I won't be taking them anymore though! The rash/swelling went away after a couple days & I guess I'll just have to rely on self control for awhile. Linda, Glad you got a dance with your sweetheart. "Moonlight Dance" by Van Morrison is one of my all time favorites. It always reminds me of an evening hub & I spent in the Minnesota wilderness. OK everybody: the cat is still here! I guess she likes me. So far she hasn't bolted for the door or tired to get off the boat. She's getting her own PFD. Personal Flotation Device. Kitty Life Vest. It's yellow, which will look good on her and also has a handle running parallel to her spine which is hilarious and useful at the same time. Since she will get on anything that I tap or point to, I might be able to teach her to become a dinghy cat and go for a ride. You Tube has some great videos of boat cats. Mom and I would watch them together and laugh our tails off. I mentioned one a few thousand posts ago where the cat had his own PFD, was riding in an inflatable dinghy with his people and knew his own boat and jumped from the dinghy to the deck. My dinghy is a Boston Whaler which is not a blowup.
I was talking to Nik yesterday and he wanted to know if she was cool to hug or was she a 'bag of knives'.
Taking a bath right next to me now. Certainly hits all the spots.
more later. got too much paperwork and lawyers today. send me some angels ladies. Today could be a tough one.
We went to a resturant to eat. When I looked over at mom she was waving her dentures around trying to get the waitress's attention. I was totally embarassed and grossed out. I still take her out to eat cuz it's one of the few things she still can sort of do. It is always a challenge though. I feel more comfortable in a really casual resturant. We live in a tourist area so ther are a lot of places to go. I have to hold her hand while walking in or else she will fall over.
austin ,, the cat is sooo lucky to have bobbie ! she is a speical person and theyre lucky to have eachother . :-) maybe the cat will learn to catch a fish or 2 for bobbie to cook up ? great companiship for them both . xoxo
Good morning Bobbie! Sounds like the perfect kitty found you! If the first night was good, then it should be smooth sailing for you and Kitty Cat. Now you have someone to keep you company, and her sleeping with you is an added bonus! Careful with the milk. My boy was drinking daddy's milk from his cereal bowl every morning, and it gave him poop soup. Talked to the vet and she said cats are naturally lactose intolerant! Dairy products are a no-no. Linda, love outdoor fires at night, but dancing with hubby, how romantic! Have a great day everyone!

rossella , no we didnt dance in the house , it was outside behind my house along with the bonfire . we brought our radio out there and jammin away . it was nice .... was kinda watching out for cops to come by , since there is no fire allowed in this countie , very dry out , grass is brown ! we live out in the country so shhhh shhh dont tell anyone , :-) waited till the fire died down some and then it was safe to walk away from it .

I was talking to Nik yesterday and he wanted to know if she was cool to hug or was she a 'bag of knives'.

I still take her out to eat cuz it's one of the few things she still can sort of do. It is always a challenge though. I feel more comfortable in a really casual resturant. We live in a tourist area so ther are a lot of places to go. I have to hold her hand while walking in or else she will fall over.
maybe the cat will learn to catch a fish or 2 for bobbie to cook up ?
great companiship for them both .

rossella , no we didnt dance in the house , it was outside behind my house along with the bonfire . we brought our radio out there and jammin away . it was nice .... was kinda watching out for cops to come by , since there is no fire allowed in this countie , very dry out , grass is brown ! we live out in the country so shhhh shhh dont tell anyone , :-) waited till the fire died down some and then it was safe to walk away from it .
ok need to get my hindend up and take care of pa and sink fullof dishes and bfast going . mmm think i can do it all ? then we are going to split wood , so we be warm and cozy this winter , do this do that do this , now my neck is hurtin just be thinkin about what im going to do , grrrr
