This is one example-his mom is old and health declining-she needs help-first time in her life-needing assistance. He has POA and Executorship.He's not going to help her.His sisters kid,his nephew is always running errands, mowing yard-garden stuff-whatever she needs.He copped a attitude,got drunk,went after the nephew-going to break a unopen bottle on his head.people intervined,pulled him off the nephew,threatened his life a bunch.Nephew is still helping his granny,but son doesn't come around,trying to make sick mom chose between son and grandson-when grandson is only one helping.She has a bunch of sisters,I'm hoping for family intervention.His own problems are about to start snowballing.
He's actually a bully with a alcohol problem,drinks beer all day then at 5 kicks into Crown Royal ,chews up some hydrocodone and you have a none clear thinking bully.Most of his woman are bar girls.His ex-girlfriend moved to Florida to get away from him.She had him arrested a few times for violence but always drops the charges,you know the routine.His kids doesn't want to be around him because he choses beer and whiskey over them.I figure he's really a good sidekick for rich woman.

This world is becoming even more hard hearted & greedy, but I'm thinking it won't be too long before we get our justice. It's going to get pretty ugly & much worse first though. Italy-one of the problems is the rich woman has a very mean guy on her payroll.Most men around here are scared of him,so standing up to them at all is more than most anyone elese would do.Thats why I can't get any support,everyone is scared of dude.He will strike-its a matter of how.He's a drunk and a bully.He's underhanded and spiteful.He's a walkin time bomb waiting to explode.Thats why I can't approach this situation head on.Her money and his meaness is a bad combination,I figure there is more than one way to skin a cat.

Linda-your right there are alot of nuts out there,she had herself another dude with her so I'm sure she'll be o.k. I'm just not qualified to be human services.My dad helped alot of people in his life and I was trying to fill his shoes,but my brothers and the lawyers took my helping ability away.Now I'm trying to crawl out of that black hole ya'll are trying to keep from falling in.Kinda like a non-swimmer trying to rescue a drowning person at this point,but as the preacher said today-have faith-that I still have. In poor rural areas,cops can make more at walmart and have better benifits.We don't get the cream of the crop around here.I notice your new picture,tried to see it with magnifying glass.lol:)
It really stinks that there are few shelters. I used to take my victims to the YWCA downtown, then we'd sneek them out to home shelters.
There'd always be a lady who'd break & tell the abuser the location. Then there'd be a watch on the shelter home, but there aren't enough officers to sit on it. Just have an alert to the address.
With this economy so many guys who have been laid off, aren't working, take their frustrations & anger out on the family.
No answers to the problem anywhere. I hope everyone here is safe. I wish everyone everywhere felt SAFE!

Tennessee, reading your stories I think that we should learn how to be a little bit more evil... Bobbie gave you a lot of very good advice. Follow one of them! Sometimes, you have to make a war. About the lady and the child, I think you should contact social services, too. These situations are not easy to handle. The woman's husband could get angry at you. You do not need another mess in your life.
Domestic Violence cuts across all lines colour, religion, income, location the only thing in common is the abuse itself, that is is a learned and generational behavior and insidious to root out. Having an education and money is probably the best leg up anyone in an abuse situation can have or acquire. Then it is still uphill. Society may no longer turn a "blind eye" to Domestic Violence, but there is still the old blame and guilt and lack of resources as well as the sense of entitlement abusers fell that keeps this an on going problem for humanity world over.

It's horrible not being able to help, but I hear you. Domestic Violence was one of the things I had to deal with in the PD. It was heartbreaking placing women & children in shelters. Not all were poor. DV common in every lifestyle.
Left the house for a few to go cruisin around,woman and baby flagged me down, ask me to help them find a place to live to hide from her abusive ex-husband who she just put restraining order. She obviously doesn't know I've been under attack and am not able to help people as before.

Hmm therapists who think they know you because they read a book...I hate that! I know they have general parameters and many experiences are shared by all, but no one is exactly the same as another and we all have different needs and issues. It is disrespectful to just assume you Know Something..I had a jerk therapist for ONE visit said back to me my situation Wrong and in a voice that said a another one of these...that and he told me I was unattractive in the first 10 minutes of the "session" Thanks but no Thanks....

The laws are on the side of the criminal.Criminals make lawyers rich.Good people with morals make lawyers poor.If you were a lawyer who would you want as a client.

tenn , i dont know much about farming , but i do know my neighbor lets nieghbor farm on his land . they made a deal that they ll farm on thier land and pay taxes on it as a payment as long as they farm on it . sounds like to me that woman owes u money to farm on ur land , if she doesnt pay up t hen u shall have the rights to lock it up . cuz she didnt pay ! taxes and ins and farmin is not free !! it cost money to have land ! if she wants to harvest it then she shall pay up first . xoxo
Interesting question about the agriculture people going corrupt too.Those farm payments they shell out are suppose to be for a certain income brackett-my dad referred to it as farmers welfare[he never wanted any part of it] million dollar woman is getting her farmers welfare by fraudantly stateing some one is farming it thats not. I brought this to the attention of the agriculture office and they could care least.Most of these services that the tax payer pays for thinking its helpin the needy is only helping scam artists.
