Find Care & Housing
We had chicken soup in my instapot. My DH and I have been on a diet so the instapot comes in handy for healthy foods. I’m at my goal weight. I lost 13 pounds. My DH has lost 18 pounds and has 5 more pounds to go for his goal weight.

Candy and collecting,2 of my favorite things~
Collecting is so much fun.
I think everyone should collect something.
My love of collecting started with rabbits when I was 5.My Grandparents and Mother and I would go "antiquing" and I wanted to have something to look for on our trips. My first rabbit I collected was a rocking rabbit, made out of heavy cardboard and when it rocks, the eyes go side to side.I think it's from around 1920.but I'm not sure.
The Pez dispensers that you have Send, are listed on Ebay, selling from $7.99 to $26.99 for the 2021, 4 piece set.
Darth Vador was selling for $44.99 and Elvis was selling for $11.99 and there's a St.Patrick's Day Leprechaun selling for $59.99.King Louie and Jungle Book dispensers were selling for the most money I saw.
You just have to find a buyer, that's the hardest part.
Your Grandkids will have fun with them,no matter what & I'm glad you found them. They're neat~

For St.Pat's this year,I think I'll make a Grasshopper Pie.It's green and boozy and a favorite I haven't in years.PamZ brought it to my mind with her Irish cream cake. That sounds so good too.
Candy will always be Number one to me though and
tonight's candy here is Spice drops and a Fifth Avenue candybar.Yum~

Earlybird,
This pie was great frozen! Lol.

Hi Sendhelp, sure no room in the freezer. Likely excuse, LOL. That is something I would do. We freeze desserts thinking that would help us not eat them all at once and we have eaten them frozen at times especially cheesecake and brownies.

Real pie has arrived along with the Pez.
Frozen Chocolate Cream Pie. Unfortunately,
it won't fit in my freezer, so we will be eating it.

Waiting on the Baileys and Tuxedo Cake.

Did you get yours, Gershun?

A Note for Luckylu...
You have changed my life! Never before have I had so much fun contemplating the collectible value of PEZ Candy & Dispenser. Yes, an old time favorite, still around.
If I never open the new packages, will they be worth a lot, someday?

I scored the Easter-themed Bunny, Floppy Bunny, Chick and Lamb, all 4.

Best before Jan. 14th, 2026. My grandchildren will have an inheritance after all!

Thank you! I would have never known if it wasn't for the AC community discussing favorite candies...

They should try really changing the time on Daylight Savings Time, and fast forward to lunchtime upon awakening, 3.14 hours.
Yeah. It's getting late.

Gotta go order my Tuxedo cake and Baileys now. If I add a pie to it, I will meet the minimum order.

I should have this all figured out by dinnertime.....

Whatever pi I can get, but it will only be 3.14 in size.

Can you imagine, adding Bailey's Irish Creme Liquor to a Tuxedo Cake?

Maybe I should test how hard it is to order alcohol from Instacart, and have some d e l i v e r e d to put in our emergency kit? I may have to sign for it, and proving my age will be even more difficult. 😂🤣😛

Will be ordering Tuxedo Mousse Cake later, because I really have wanted to buy it.
Went to Instacart just to see if I could get it here within two hours on a Sunday afternoon before Costco closes.
I could! But ordering a total of over $35 would not work because I don't NEED anything else! Freezer is full.

What a beautiful sunny spring day!

Warm enough to cook out. My husband has his big grill in the front yard cooking hot dogs and hamburgers for whoever stops by. He loves to see everyone. So far he’s mostly had teenagers going by after sports practices. A couple of older men brought their lawn chairs. They’re talking about trout season which is several weeks away.

My dH built a Spice Rack for me today! It fits two rows of spices, and is very sturdy. So pleased, must go spice something up for dinner now!

Pork tenderloins stir fry maybe.
