on my bucket list:
home made chocolate chip cookies, done!

Forgot to make dinner, so frozen vegetable lasagne is almost done.

Love shopping at Smart N' Final, where your restaurant shops.

I really don't have a bucket list...will be making it up as I go along. Would not want to leave anything undone, lying around on a list for family to find.

Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, ranch beans, and pineapple upside down cake.

I had beans, cheese and crackers, and lemon yogurt.

I am not cooking dinner tomorrow. YAY!!!
DH learned that Chik-Fil- A. Has changed all their chicken to all natural, no hormones, no antibiotics. So he wants some and so that is what they 3 will have for dinner tomorrow night, Lord willing.
I have only found one chicken at Aldi's that he can eat.
Me I will have Taco Bell, however I am slightly disappointed that they removed my favorite veggie power menu burrito. :( So I am not sure what I will get now.
So yay, will only have to cook breakfast.

When my DD was little, the few foods she would eat included sausage, Brats.. you name it! With Mac and cheese from the cheap box,, she never did really like home made. Love me some coconut cream pie.. and coconut cake too!

Pam, you make that sound mouth watering.

We are having homemade alfredo with Italian sausage and grilled peppers, cheesy garlic bread. Coconut cream pie for desert. Kinda pie. I busted the graham cracker crust in the pudding and now its mixed in.

Note: never use your pie crust to hold divided ingredients and then dump them out. All that butter makes that sucker slippery.

Shemsh,
I learned something new today. Did you or anyone else here know that Chinese TOGO containers are made the way they are so that you can unfold them and use them as a plate? I sure had no clue.

The 3% is of your original starting weight, so if you are 180#, 18#'s in 3 months, so doable at 6# per month (now if you are 280#....... Yikes, better get busy!), of course one determined dog is going to really succeed and Win the Big Pot, but probably not me, Lol! Actually, I haven't read the official rules yet, but I think it's being broken up into 2 or 3 categories, but still all in good fun! 18 family member contestsants so far (in only 2 days posted), so 900 bucks is no small change! You could buy some new clothes with your winnings!

I remember when my Dad taped a 5 dollar bill (high up) on the wall in our dining room, every time my Mom lost a pound, back when she was seriously dieting (the 70's), now that was some Big Bucks incentive. Thanks for your support everyone, I am scared spitless to get on that scale in the morning and take a picture of it! Thankfully Only the Diet Administrator (my chunky Niece) will see the pix or know my weight, baring some sort of cyber attack, lol!

I can see it now, "Oops Aunty Stacey, I accidentally posted your pix on the FB messenger", which is how we are conducting this Diet Challenge. It is really neat how every time one of the diet group posts something, the FB messenger icon pops up on your screen, so there really is great support and everyone can see it!

It is nice though, seeing plans forming for exercise buddies, invites to Zumba classes and swim classes, walking down on our waterfront, and recipe and diet tips being posted already, and this thing only began forming online two days ago, and it begins tomorrow!

Dieting is definitely easier when you've got a buddy system, plus its already been discussed that there will be no shaming of those who give up or do poorly along the way. Thank God!

It’s Sunday, and I’ve already lost my pound for the week. Today I made stovetop paella, because I couldn’t deal with a baking dish. It was awesome. My husband agreed. I had Pinot Grigio to go with.
Tomorrow it’s back to the Birds Eye cauliflower rice (which is very good!) and a little protein (tuna steak or chicken).
If you haven’t tried Birds Eyes Mashed Cauliflower with Roasted Garlic, you’re missing a treat. My husband thought he was eating mashed potatoes.
