At Home Private Care

In-Home Care Overview: At Home Private Care

At Home Private Care, part of VNA Care, offers a wide array of supportive services that allow many people to remain independent, comfortable, and safe at home. Often paid for privately or through long-term care insurance, private duty care can be used in conjunction with skilled home health, palliative, and hospice care or as a standalone service.

Our mission is to help our clients achieve their optimum quality of life while maintaining their personal dignity. Individual care plans are created by a nurse or social worker for each client. These care plans are tailored to each individual’s needs and are reviewed with our caregivers. The nurse or social worker provides ongoing, on-site supervisions for each client.

Vision: Transforming Care to Improve Lives.
