Graham serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at ComForCare Home Care – Jersey City, where she plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance the quality of care delivered to clients across Hudson County.

With a strong foundation in healthcare administration and a background in biology, Sierra brings a unique blend of clinical insight and operational expertise to her leadership. Her career spans roles in major healthcare institutions such as Maimonides Medical Center and Weill Cornell Medicine, where she honed her skills in data management, patient services, and administrative coordination.

At ComForCare, Sierra is known for her commitment to excellence, her ability to build strong caregiver-client relationships, and her passion for creating a supportive, compassionate environment for both staff and families. She is instrumental in implementing care programs, managing caregiver training, and ensuring that every client receives personalized, dignified support.

Sierra holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Medgar Evers College and an Associate’s degree from Kingsborough Community College. Her dedication to community service and her natural leadership make her a trusted advocate for seniors and individuals in need of home care.

Sophia Gibbs is the Director and Owner of ComForCare Home Care – Jersey City, where she leads with compassion, vision, and over 15 years of healthcare leadership experience. A former Associate Director of Clinical Operations at Weill Cornell Medicine, Sophia brings a wealth of expertise in healthcare management, recruitment, finance operations, and strategic planning to her role in home care.

Driven by a desire to make a more personal impact in people’s lives, Sophia transitioned from the administrative side of healthcare to business ownership. Her journey was inspired by her own family’s needs and a deep commitment to improving the quality of care for aging adults. Through ComForCare, she provides high-quality, client-centered home care services that empower individuals to live independently and with dignity.

Sophia is known for her calm, caring leadership style and her dedication to building a legacy of service and empowerment. She co-founded the Jersey City franchise with her daughter, Sierra Graham, creating a dynamic mother-daughter team focused on delivering meaningful care and community impact.
