I know personally how important it is, when the need arises, to have a compassionate, caring, and trained caregiver there to help a loved one. I saw my mother struggle with her battle with Cancer. She had a strong, loving, and playful spirit. She was the most kind-hearted, loving woman I knew. She spent two decades of her life working as a caregiver. Family and friends helped care for her as her cancer progressed. What was so beautiful is that my mother was able to keep her dignity, and her independence and enjoy her familial relationships because she was provided a level of care that was professional, caring, and trustworthy. My mother was able to transition in her home. The quality of life that was provided to my mother as her condition progressed and throughout her transitioning is the quality of life we provide to our clients.
I work hands-on with our clients to help support our clients, their families, and our care professionals. This helps with client–caregiver matching. I am involved in creating person-centered care plans for each of our clients and in hiring every caregiver on our staff. I recognize that everyone has individual needs and how important it is to ensure that we are building staffing relationships with professionals who can identify with our goals. I assist in matching our caregivers and clients, to provide the most positive homecare experience for our clients and their families’. We are selective in our hiring process and have extensive training as we are committed to having compassionate, loving, and dedicated caregivers on our team. They are the driving force of our business which stems from our vision and intention to provide the best person-centered care experience for our clients and their loved ones.
