For Trevor Stantus, returning to Washington State was about more than coming home; it was about creating a life centered on family, community, and purpose. A third-generation Washingtonian, Trevor and his wife, Catherine, chose to return to Olympia after spending 21 years in Arizona, where Trevor built a successful career in commercial construction management. They wanted to raise their children surrounded by the beauty of the Pacific Northwest and the values that have shaped their family for generations.
Throughout his career, Trevor led complex construction projects, including data centers and industrial facilities, where he earned a reputation for strong leadership, clear communication, and an unwavering commitment to teamwork and safety. While he valued those accomplishments, he realized his greatest fulfillment came from helping people rather than projects.
That realization led Trevor to Right at Home. Having witnessed the difference that compassionate in-home care can make for individuals and their families, he is passionate about helping seniors maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in the place they feel most comfortable: THEIR OWN HOME.
Today, Trevor combines his leadership experience with a servant's heart, believing that exceptional care is built on trust, honest communication, and meaningful relationships. Together with the dedicated team at Right at Home Olympia, he is committed to providing personalized care that gives families confidence, peace of mind, and the support they need to navigate every stage of aging with compassion and respect.
