In-Home Care Overview: Seniors Helping Seniors® (Warren Clermont) Milford, OH

Seniors Helping Seniors has been a compassionate and trusted provider of non-medical, in-home care services for over 25 years, with operational standards high above those required by the State of Ohio's Department of Health. Our locally owned and operated Milford location proudly serves families throughout Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio, and is credentialed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as an approved home care provider, allowing eligible veterans to access our services through VA benefits.

Inspired by founder Kiran Yocom's experience with Mother Teresa, we deliver essential support with dignity and respect, offering both companion care (e.g., light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation, etc.) and personalized care services (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, etc.). Every senior has unique needs, and we work with clients and families throughout the greater Cincinnati and Dayton areas to create customized care plans that ensure safety, comfort, and independence. A dedicated client care manager will oversee the entire care process, ensuring that caregivers are the right fit and adjusting care plans as needs change.

Unlike traditional caregiving models, our approach fosters genuine, peer-based connections that combat isolation and make aging at home both safe and fulfilling. This unique, relationship-focused model enables seniors to live with comfort and joy in the place they love most, their own home, while giving family and loved ones peace of mind.

By matching seniors in need of assistance with active, caring seniors who understand the value of independence, we focus on continuity of care to consistently meet and exceed client expectations.

Our experienced caregivers are carefully selected, thoroughly trained, and bonded. They are dedicated to providing reliable, compassionate care that makes a difference in your loved one's life. We are licensed and insured, providing families across Cincinnati and Dayton with added peace of mind that their loved ones are in safe hands.

We offer flexible care schedules, including full-time 24/7 staffing or part-time shifts a few times a week, depending on your loved one's needs. We work with long-term care insurance companies, are credentialed with the Department of Veterans Affairs to serve veterans and their spouses, and accept private payment options.

Seniors Helping Seniors® Warren Clermont proudly serves the greater Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio areas and is locally owned and operated by Christian Adams.

Before deciding to start Seniors Helping Seniors® Warren Clermont, Christian Adams had spent more than 25 years in the marketing and advertising industry for a variety of employers that included a variety of high-growth Inc. 5000 companies in everything from luxury pet food and luxury automotive to a Fortune 500 company in the financial services sector. However, his most rewarding experience was leading digital transformation as part of a large-scale turnaround at Disabled American Veterans at a time when membership and popularity were waning.

The Seniors Helping Seniors® model is a full-circle moment for Christian, with childhood memories of his parents taking on the challenge of becoming caregivers to his aging grandparents with dementia, Alzheimer's, and ALS while they were trying to balance raising their own young children and their professional careers.
We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors in the comfort of their own homes throughout Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio.

I am a current client
When my father-in-law, Ernie, was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, our entire family felt the weight of that reality almost immediately. At 73, he was also managing diabetes and living with a pacemaker, and the thought of him being alone, even for a short time, was not an option. I knew we needed help, but I didn't know where to turn or whether anyone could truly meet his needs. From the very first phone call, this agency made me feel like Ernie wasn't just another client; he was someone they genuinely cared about. They took the time to understand his full picture: his medical conditions, his daily routines, his personality, and what made him feel safe and comfortable. The caregiver they matched with Ernie has been an absolute blessing. She helps him with bathing, dressing, and grooming with such dignity and patience. She drives him to his doctor appointments, walks beside him to keep him steady, and sits with him in the evenings when he gets restless. Most importantly, she treats him like a person, not a condition. As a daughter-in-law, I carry a lot of responsibility for Ernie's well-being, and with this agency I know Ernie is safe, cared for, and, on his good days, happy. If your family is navigating the challenges of caring for an aging loved one with complex needs, I cannot recommend this agency enough. They don't just provide care, they provide peace of mind.
