She was a no show no call and I texted to find out why because her shift started at 5 and I found out at 7 she wasn't there. I told her the no show no call was bullcrap and she should have told someone next thing I know she is threatening me with elder abuse and filed a complaint with the company she worked for (she got fired it wasn't the first time). Now I am under investigation and don't know what to do. I have never laid a hand on my mom and never would. It started with be bruise on mom's leg but she had fallen but now she claims there were bruises on her face but why didn't she let the company know until after the fact but none of the other caregivers saw them. What can I do to keep her from doing this to others it's scary!! Seems like a retaliation move for getting fired! Help!
