Who owns the trailer, you or your mother? Do you pay her rent or any other compensation for living there? Why is she throwing your things away? Are they things that are outside the trailer on her property that she thinks are clutter, or is she coming inside the trailer and taking your possessions from inside your home?

Who owns the trailer?
Does mom live there?
If it is your mother's trailer, and she lives in it, then, Yes, absolutely she can throw out anything she wants, even you.
If she is trespassing in your home to destroy or take property, then it sounds like a serious relationship issue to be resolved with a good therapist.

Are you elderly? Do you depend on your mom for care or does she depend on you for care? If the answer to all that is no, then you need to find another forum.

She took your travel trailer and "threw it away"? Or did she throw out something else (possessions in side of it)?

This is a civil issue so don't bother calling the police about it - they have no jurisdiction in this area.

What state do you live in? I might be able to research what your recourse is. The more info you give, the better -- especially if there was a *written* agreement for this arrangement and if your Mom has a lot of land and lives in a rural area.

Does your Mom have any symptoms or diagnosis of cognitive impairment or a history of mental health problems?

This really is not a question for this site, we are not lawyers. I would consult with one. If you have no money, there is legal side. Where I live, you can't live in a travel trailer on private property. It has to be hooked up in an RV park.
