Who owns the house? If it's yours, then no, don't let him in. If your grandfather left the house to someone else but you've stayed there, then that person or group of people can decide who lives there, and you can move out if you object.

Even if you choose to stay in a house that belongs to someone else and they let your uncle move in, you don't have to take care of or do anything for him.

If you’re an adult you’re free to live wherever you choose, with whoever you choose. You’re not obligated to provide care to an elder unless you allow it
