Find Care & Housing
We really need more info. Has the person been living with you? If so why and how long. It could be considered their residence. But if the ambulance arrives, do not even allow them in the door. Tell them u will not except the person. They are no longer welcomed in your home. Then close the door.

You call the place that is ordering the ambulance to bring them home. You can also refuse delivery of the patient when they arrive at the home. If patient is in hospital, SNF or LTC who is threatening to send them home call case manager, administration or the Social Worker. Say you are not mentally or physically capable to caring for the patient and you cannot/will not receive them into your home. If they persist then tell the EMS personnel that you said they could not come to your home, and to return them to the facility. Tell the facility that they are persisting in an "unsafe discharge" and that you will immediately call 911 for EMS to return patient to them due to your "inability to care for them".
If this personal already lives in your home it is crucial you tell the place discharging that you cannot accept them back into your care, again, that you are both physically and mentally unable to provide care for them at this time.

Is your house the residence of the person who is being dropped off? Is this person a relative? A senior? If your house is the only place the person lives, that's one problem. If you don't want them brought there because it's an "unsafe discharge" then you should call the hospital or rehab facility and discuss this with them. If this person has an impairment that prevents them from safely living at your house, or endangers you, then you need to call whoever is discharging them.

More information on what’s going on would be helpful. But know that you aren’t obligated to answer or open your door to anyone except law enforcement.
