Find Care & Housing
Were you thecone who placed her. They are always mad at the one who does the caregiving. If she doesn't want you to visit then don't. Enjoy the reprieve.

Give her some space. Check back in a week. In person, not a call. Bring her a treat or something she likes (flowers, etc). She might be mad and blame you for the move.

More details would give us some context.

Is she upset because she's being moved to LTC and blames you?

How recently was she moved? Did she come from her home or was she moved from AL in the facility?

Maybe it's ok to give her some space as she aclimates to her new room and new people. It's sad and hard for everyone and when one has dementia, that person lacks the capacity to process it healthy ways or even at all.
