Find Care & Housing
If you can find the money to get a CNA in once a week they are pretty skilled at this. The agencies in my area had 3 hour minimums. A few had 4 hour minimums. You can schedule them once a week for the 3 hour minimum.
Mention you want a CNA and someone skilled with showering/bathing a dementia patient.

Brandee again....the CNA's can also launder her clothes and you can drive off and get a break.

We address that issue of clothes by removing the dirty clothes out of her sight while she is in another room doing something else.
