Greetings, I need directions, I highly speculate that an attorney, not connected to me, and a family members may have Guardian, Conservative, POA, or related illegal documents on me .
This claim is most likely been on me for years without my knowledge. I am more than certain these documents are illegal but was obtained for financial gain.
These people have went through great lengths to sabotage my work and my everyday life. From my experiences and the advice of others they are always steps ahead of me, making my life very difficult to navigate. It was highly recommended that are contacting my places of work in order to make their claims.
With that in mind, people were randomly calling me crazy, including family, with no basis. I had family members yelling in public you are crazy, get mental help.
This played on me for a while. After they could not successfully drive me emotionally or mentally down, many has given up. All the while I began to realize this is for financial gain. I went to the point of checking was there any life insurance on me, came back $0.
Almost two years ago, I mailed a letter to the FBI and their money laundering division regarding the matter. I have o feedback yet.
About two weeks ago, someone called me a healthcare insurance company, they provided me with $0 insurance which the best coverage, it didn’t feel right, I contacted a few other insurance company’s and they stated no one is offering $0 premium at this time. I went back to insurance asked them who is paying my premium, he did not reply. I asked him to immediately cancel my insurance and no one should have authorized to pay or have authorization over me. I stated I have an open FBI report and will add this information.
Today, I chatted with an attorney, no success as far as taking my case, but she was helpful in letting me know to contact each county where I lived and see if there incompetent filed on me. This is good advice. I cannot afford an Private Investigator or an Attorney at this time.
I was blessed to the name of the law firm, and than the attorney. I am confident he is involved. My cousin worked for him for years. I was told the money was filtered through him.
Could you help me in laying more ground work. I have been gaslighted for years. Through my will to live through the hardship and not give up to stay emotionally and mentally leveled I am here today fighting. Please help!

1. Your situation may require some help from others, but it is your choice whom you choose to help you. You can change a POA by assigning a new one-getting the help of an attorney.
2. Proceed in taking care of yourself, managing your own life and funds until someone stops or prevents you. Doing that can expose the person or persons that may not have your best interests in mind or have taken control over you or your funds, if anyone has done that. Can you try going directly to your cousin and asking your questions?
3. I see a misunderstanding over your $0 premium insurance. It appears you had a health insurance "Advantage Plan" with a zero premium, entirely normal and could be a good thing. Who is helping you with signing up for that? Navigating the health insurance and getting good healthcare can make anyone feel or look crazy without help. The fact that you were unaware is concerning. Do you now have health insurance?

Have you considered the fact that anyone criminal, or undermining you may not have taken legal steps to file an incompetency on you? Fraudsters do not take legal means to commit a crime. Continue seeking legal advice and help.
6. Do you live alone, and do you require any help to remain independent? You do not need to answer that here.
7. Unless there is a Trust, if you receive your working income, and are fully in charge of that, in your bank, without a second person on the account, and free to spend it as you see fit, pay your own rent/housing/food, then maybe there is no one working against you?
8. Go retrieve copies of all your financials at your bank, and look at who is documented on the account.
In the normal course of events, you would know if someone had a POA, Guardianship, or a Conservatorship on you.
