Is this in regards to your husband who is in the NH? That is a complex question that needs to be decided by Medicaid personnel if you apply. The state will not have any interest in making life difficult for the community spouse, so allowances are fairly generous. If you are like many private resellers, money in your personal and business accounts are very liquid and interchangeable and would be considered as marital assets. I imagine that inventory would, also, but do not know enough to say for sure.

Are you a DBA? If so then yes the assets of your business count. if you are incorporated then that is more complicated and you should ask your accountant.

Are you asking this for future information regarding Medicaid? Are you commingling your personal funds with your business funds for car inventory? I would think you would need to have two separate accounts, one for yourself, and one that is used by the business only.
