They they took my dad's money and put it in their account and put him in the nursing home told me that I couldn't prove anything and completely just took over everything and took over the house the cars my dad told me I could have the car and they brainwashed him this one thing after another

When elder abuse is suspected your local Adult Protective Services will listen to your concerns and possibly decide to investigate the situation. Call them

If you suspect elder abuse I would discuss this case with APS in your area; Adult Protective Services. As you can imagine, we haven't a clue what happened here. Wishing you the best and so sorry for loss.

That sounds incredibly tough. Losing your mom is already hard enough, and then having to deal with family tension on top of it makes things even more painful. Sometimes people show up with their own agendas, and it’s heartbreaking to watch someone you love be influenced like that.
In situations like this, staying grounded and keeping track of what you can control really helps, kind of like how I regularly do a SASSA Status Check just to make sure nothing’s slipping past me. Wishing you strength and clarity as you navigate this. You’re not alone.

They took his money and put him in a nursing home. That is around 10k each month. So if his care is being paid for, then what evidence do you have to claim fraud and abuse. As far as car ownership, the car cannot be gifted. All $$$ goes for his care.
